Service was OK but techs were spending a lot of time on their phones and service took longer. There were three in stock, but the Twin Turbo Ecoboost with the High Performance package was what he really wanted. Fortunately one was in stock and we were soon taking it for a test drive. We quickly agreed on a price and had the financing complete in less than an hour. Quincy (Sales) and Toronto (Finance) were professional but personable at the same time. Denise (Accessories) was very knowledgeable in her expertise, and all the extras were available and installed the following week. I did have an issue with the trunk liner (standard feature of the car) not fitting properly. Johnny in service had one of the techs try to get it to fit, but to no avail. A new part was ordered and installed the following week at no charge. Rebecca (Admin) called to tell us our license plates were in, and the service department mounted them at the same time the trunk liner was replaced. Everyone at Bill Utter Ford was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Long time Ford owner with another great experience I like my car buying experience to be as quick and painless as possible. They happened to have what I wanted and Cory wasted no time getting us in an I like my car buying experience to be as quick and painless as possible. Adam Russell and Ken Schmitz were not welcoming throughout the entire sale. I was turned down on multiple offers and one of the offers included paying full price in exchange for a bed liner. The manager said that he didn't care about any offers and that he was going home. They said that there was no negotiating. A week later dropped the price. I asked for a owners manual that I haven't yet received in almost 4 months. Adam told me upon purchasing the pickup that he would get one for me. I've called Ken and left messages and still haven't gotten a follow-up response. The entire experience was and continues to be horrible with the exception of Toronto Spikes helping me in the financial department. He was very friendly and welcoming. And he also followed up with me as he said he would. I have not received a title in almost 4 months as well. I had to call to be issued another temporary tag. The is not the type of dealership that I would recommend to anyone due to such poor salesmanship, management, and follow-up. I am still waiting the the basic necessity things such as a owners manual and my tag! Can anyone help me??? More
