Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. This is the 5th car that I have bought from Bill Utter. My late husband was a former employee and always took the time to stop in and visit with the sales team. I made this rating two stars based on my experience your your online scheduling applications, I tried 3-4 times to confirm what was showing as an available time to schedule my service. The system acknowled your online scheduling applications, I tried 3-4 times to confirm what was showing as an available time to schedule my service. The system acknowledged me as a previous customers but continued to say you need to call in person to schedule. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. I took my car in the next day without an appointment and was able to get the works package performed but was told about a back up and could not not get to the other items that needed to be looked at; and would have to come back. The moral of the story is if the website was working I could have had all my work done in one visit instead of two. More

Oil change and Tire rotation was supposed to take less than an hour. It took 2 hrs. I was notified after about an hour that it was done but it need an air filter. So I went to look at the air filter and than an hour. It took 2 hrs. I was notified after about an hour that it was done but it need an air filter. So I went to look at the air filter and authorized the change. Then sat in the waiting room with a clear view of my truck. Service personnel were there and close to my truck, but no one took just a minute to install the air filter which was all that was left. So after almost another hour of patience I finally went to the service writer to find out why nothing has been done for an hour. He went out there and it got done in a minute and they brought it up to the front. I had been promised a wash. It had not been done and again I had to go back in and talk to the service writer. Another 20 minutes and it was FINALLY and REALLY ready to go. I know you can do better than this. It was all a simple and routine job. More
