Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.

Not at this time. The last visit took over five hours for a oil&filter change alignment and 6 tire rotation F350 dually. They didn't rotate the tires properly. They only moved from side to side. I know because I marked the tires prior to my visit They corrected the problem once I found the problem. Appreciated Danny explaining what recommended services were due for my vehicle. Comfortable waiting room, friendly folks, relatively quick service. However, did not appreciate that the lady bringing aro were due for my vehicle. Comfortable waiting room, friendly folks, relatively quick service. However, did not appreciate that the lady bringing around the paperwork and telling customers when their vehicle was done was NOT wearing a mask (everyone else was). She was the one person with the closest contact with customers and not wearing a mask. No excuse for that. More

Dan was very friendly, polite and courteous through the entire process. We changed our minds a few times and he was happy to work at our pace and when they didn't have the car we wanted, he went out and fo entire process. The first time I drove into the service bay for a registry inspection I was totally ignored and left. The second time I finally got the car inspected.
