I had a rocky start with the car I purchased... car ended up being in and out of service, any time my car was in service I was provided with a loaner car. Kyle the preowned service manager is wonderful to work with and very kind. My car ended up being swapped out with a vehicle I absolutely love, it’s fully loaded and they matched my price. That’s how WONDERFUL these people are. Phil, my salesman, and Ken, the preowned manager worked absolute magic. I have no idea how they did it, but they DID. I AM SO PLEASED. Phil is so great y’all, ask for him!!! As if I thought I couldn’t have a better experience... We had never done business with Bill Utter before, but we saw a car online we were interested in. We showed up at the dealership and were greeted by Dan Corthell. He immediately made us feel welcome and we saw a car online we were interested in. We showed up at the dealership and were greeted by Dan Corthell. He immediately made us feel welcome and we started talking. The car we were interested in was already sold, so we looked at another and drove it. It ended up that this car was out of our price range, so we explained what we were looking for and left. The next day Dan texted me with a video of a car they had just received that he thought might meet our needs. We texted back and forth and then went to drive the car. It ended up meeting nearly all of our requirements and was in our price range. We bought it that day. Dan was amazing to work with, and the finance process was easy and stress-free. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend Dan and Mike our finance manager. Very, very pleased with everything. More

I have used Danny Morris and his team in the Service Department at Bill Utter Ford for the past 25 years. Danny is the best and most reliable Service Manager that I have ever encountered. I moved to A Department at Bill Utter Ford for the past 25 years. Danny is the best and most reliable Service Manager that I have ever encountered. I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago and I still bring my Ford Expedition back to Bill Utter Ford in Denton for service and repairs when I return to Denton twice a year. I have used other Ford and other Service Departments in other states when I have to and many times they will charge you for work they did not do and tell you things need repair when they do not. I trust Danny implicitly and even call him from other states for his council on my car repairs and service. Thanks Danny and Bill Utter Ford. Keep up the good work. More
