My 2nd F150 I've owned and both have been serviced here for years. I actually bought my 2017 F150 at Grapevine and live just next to Lewisville ford, but I drive out of my way to go to Bill Utter. Don Sw for years. I actually bought my 2017 F150 at Grapevine and live just next to Lewisville ford, but I drive out of my way to go to Bill Utter. Don Swift took really good care of my truck and kept me well informed throughout the repair. Its a great feeling to actually see familiar faces that have been at Bill Utter for years. That says a lot in itself about the dealership. So far everything seems to be working as new but the best feeling is knowing if it isn't it will be taken care of.
