I came in with a specific vehicle in mind and while they didn’t have it on their lot they went out of their way to locate the exact vehicle and had it in their store 2 days later. They were so helpful and n didn’t have it on their lot they went out of their way to locate the exact vehicle and had it in their store 2 days later. They were so helpful and nice the entire time making it the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had while buying a car. Casey in sales and Eddie in finance were by far the best!! Terrible experience! First time going to Bill Utter and not good! I made an appointment the week prior. When I got there they could not find me in the system. After trying to locate my appt. 5 different not good! I made an appointment the week prior. When I got there they could not find me in the system. After trying to locate my appt. 5 different ways, they finally found it. I told Tony I needed a recall done and a rattle in the rear. He said he could do the recall in the "Quick Lane" but the rattle was going to be another 5-7 days. I told him I made an appointment for the repair. What a ridiculous business model. I left my vehicle for the recall and after two hours he called me and said they did not have the part. (That couldn't have been checked while I was there?) Very inconvenient for any customer as now I have to go through that mess again and apparently two more appointments because they cant check a rattle in the Quick Lane. When I came to pick up the vehicle (with nothing done to it) the concierge could not find the paperwork and had to talk to Tony who was with another customer. No thanks! Someone call Bill and tell him to rethink his business model. You dont lose your business overnight, you lose it one customer at a time! More
Just went to have my oil changed and any recalls addressed. Also asked for it to be washed. Upon arrival to pick up a non-washed truck, my engine light was on now.
