Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. Dishonest business practices, tried to have me sign a deal sheet with different values than what was previously agreed upon. Finally corrected them and then finance had a completely different set of numb deal sheet with different values than what was previously agreed upon. Finally corrected them and then finance had a completely different set of numbers. Said it I bought a warranty he’d drop my interest rate 2 points. Never got to see the truck until after I signed because it was in detail. Not sure why they took so long I’m still cleaning out the caked up dirt in every crack and crevice. Drivers seat destroyed, salesman said he didn’t notice. Front bumper heavy damage. None of these things were shown on the online pictures More

I AM STILL PAYING FOR A CAR I TRADED IN- SEVEN WEEKS AGO! !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in wa !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in was still on my account. They stated it would definitely be removed by April. Early April rolls around—NOPE! The car I traded in is still listed on my account. I called the salesperson and spoke with the financing office. They stated it would be resolved in a few days. But NO—here we are SEVEN WEEKS into purchasing our car/trading in, and still no resolution. I spoke with the Finance Manager, Kylie Clark, who stated it would be resolved "quickly," but, you guessed it—NOPE!!!! Now I have TWO car payments but only own one!! This is "people first" service!?!?! I don't think so! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
