I’ve been searching for a new Accord and one came up at Bill Summers. I emailed and Rich Ruane emailed and text me promptly. In my area every dealer is demanding $2,000 worth of mandatory add ons and other Bill Summers. I emailed and Rich Ruane emailed and text me promptly. In my area every dealer is demanding $2,000 worth of mandatory add ons and other fees. Rich immediately informed me that the price is the price no BS. Small dealer fee which is more than fair. The only down side was I couldn’t buy it on the spot and someone snagged it before me. Rich and Bill Summers is well worth any flight or drive to save $3,000-5,000. And before you look, yes there is an airport you can fly into and I’m sure Rich or anyone there is more than happy to pick you up. I just wish they had another one in stock so I could reward such a good dealer. Thanks again Rich More

I was a Wisconsinite stuck in Nebraska. The key word in that statement being "was". My car had broken down on my way back east and I'll admit, I was in a little bit of a rough spot. I was towed through my roadside assistance to this location and was notified that I wouldnt be able to do anything until the morning seeing as they were closed. When I called the service department in the morning, I was taken care of darn near immediately, even though they were totally booked with folks in similar situations. They MADE time to check out my car and give me an idea as to what situation I was looking at and I really believe I owe that to Shana. She was SO kind and compassionate and explained to me ALL of my options. She kept me as updated as possible. Unfortunately for me, my car wasnt in a condition for me to be able to drive it home, nor was I able to wait for parts and for it to be fixed. After mulling it over with close family on the phone, I opted to trade in. I was IMMEDIATELY set up a friendly face on the sales department by the name of Michael Metzger. Michael was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and was very, very patient with my lack there of. He spent a TON of time figuring out what would suit me and my budget, showing me all of the quirks of the cars that I was interested in. I ended up falling in love with a consignment Honda to which he spent the day trying his darnest to help set me up with. Even the gentleman in finance, Philip helped me immensely with explaining all of the paperwork and what all he knew with the differentials between Nebraska and Wisconsin. The fact of the matter is, these people arent just looking to sell to you. They really want to help you when you're having one of the worst days. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. THERE. Everyone made an effort to help me walk out of there better than I did walking in. It was hard being in the situation that I was in, but they definitely didnt let me do it alone. Not one second did I feel pressured to do anything that I didnt want to do. There wasnt any sort of pushy sales pitch that you usually get at dealerships, just good, wholesome people. They were here to help me to their absolute best ability. I could go on and on about how much I genuinely appreciate what these people did for me, but you're just gunna have to go see for yourselves. We were traveling in a rented Expedition and decided that we really liked the vehicle. We spent the night in North Platte, NE and noticed Bull Summers Ford. We walked around the lot at night and looked at their Expedition/Navigator inventory. Compared to some other dealerships that we have looked at since, they had a great selection. We went back the next day and talked to Rich who really took care of us. We found a slightly used 2019 Navigator L and fell in love with it. We worked out a deal pretty quick and had a lot of fun with the finance team then drove the like-new Navigator home...Which is in Indiana! More
Mislead I was told my truck was a single owned vehicle, turned out to be 3, that usually means it was beat on. I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty covering anything outside of the drive train, not the case, it did not cover anything I was told. They had time to detail the vehicle and fix a few things but they only washed it. They knew I had to pick it up and go, I took them for their word and thought everything would be perfect for what I paid. I bought there in the past and knew the owner, he was great but his daughter and salesmen, dishonest, ect... They lost everything the owner built, trust/honesty. I could go on and on about my vehicle. More
