Severe Lack of Customer Service I didn't purchase this vehicle to join a club, yet it appears that I have inadvertently done so. And a club you cannot leave, no matter how many time I didn't purchase this vehicle to join a club, yet it appears that I have inadvertently done so. And a club you cannot leave, no matter how many times you ask. From the day I made the purchase two years ago, I've been receiving phone calls, emails and texts for various purposes. I've asked one of them to stop contacting me, but they persist. I wonder if anyone has mentioned to them that customer service includes listening to the customer and complying with their reasonable requests. Maybe they skipped that chapter. I have no problems with the actual service, but they will never get more than a one star as long as they continue pestering me. More
