Oil Change It was time for my oil change and I was called to be reminded of the service I needed. I kept putting it off and forgetting to call so was glad for th It was time for my oil change and I was called to be reminded of the service I needed. I kept putting it off and forgetting to call so was glad for the reminder. I was given available times and booked my appointment right away. When I went in for my service, a full diagnosis was also done and was recommended a few things for my vehicle. I went ahead and got the brake fluid flush thing done. I can tell the difference with my breaks already. My car was washed and vacuumed as well. Great customer service from front desk staff as well. More

Flat tire One of my factory installed tires blew out on th highway on my 2016 Nissan Altima SR. Waited seems like a lon time to be told non repairable. Then wai One of my factory installed tires blew out on th highway on my 2016 Nissan Altima SR. Waited seems like a lon time to be told non repairable. Then waited even longer to see if I could get new tires. Finally I just went out to the service desk and pretty much was shown the door by another service person that I didn’t even know. Now that I think about it. I was not happy with the service. Just a waste of time. Ended up going to Costco bought a set of 4 Michigan tires for little over 800.00 With excellent customer service from Costco. Sorry you guys not sure if I’ll come back. Joe S. More

Good job. Took a long time. Usually an oil change takes about an hour. This one took 1 1/2 hours. It was long for the kids to wait. Other than that they did a good job.
