Not so great experience!!! Had a awesome experience very professional staff! They went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. You are not just a "sale" they actually remember you when you come back for routine services. Jeff was my point of contact but he was out on leave when I came in to purchase my suv. He made sure everyone knew I was coming in and they were expecting me. This is an update to my first post and I must say I never fell so disappointed. This deal knowing that the front bumper had damages that they could not tell me what the carfax report was will not fix the bumper. I have ask from day 3 of having the car about them fixing the bumper I was ignored by Zack. He wanted me to pay 100.00 to fix something I did not do to the car. Over the time driving the car it has gotten worse. I have email General manger Jose, and Debbie no response back from them. NEVER again I will stick to my Honda and go back home to Georgia to get my next car. More
