wait time had to wait over 3 hours, when I was told when I checked in it would be 90 minutes, for a 30,000 mile check up. Then there was a misunderstanding regarding my battery, I OK'd service work and it still took 35 minutes to get that done. this was the first time I have ever had problems, I was not keep informed on what was happening or the progress of the work.
