wait time had to wait over 3 hours, when I was told when I checked in it would be 90 minutes, for a 30,000 mile check up. Then there was a misunderstanding re had to wait over 3 hours, when I was told when I checked in it would be 90 minutes, for a 30,000 mile check up. Then there was a misunderstanding regarding my battery, I OK'd service work and it still took 35 minutes to get that done. this was the first time I have ever had problems, I was not keep informed on what was happening or the progress of the work. I was not happy and felt I was given lame excuses. More

Great buying experience Jeff was great and we were in and out with a new car in three hours! He was straight forward and didn't do the typical "salesman" Mumbo Jumbo and tha Jeff was great and we were in and out with a new car in three hours!
