oil change and tire rotation It is always great to have the car come back washed clean after changing the oil. The serviceman found a dirty air filter on my Rogue. But I didn't hear about that until the car came back from service and I was ready to check out. I wanted the filter changed, so they took the car back a second time to change the air filter. Wouldn't be more efficient to alert the owner earlier in the process and change out the filter then, rather than over an hour later? The service people are friendly and treat customers well More

Lobe and oil change I had not expected to pay for tire rotation. When I set my appointment I had ask if I got a free tire rotation and I understood that it would be free I had not expected to pay for tire rotation. I don't remember asking about a free rotation on my new appointment. I get free rotations from Les Schwab and repair so I buy my tires there. More
