Twol very different experkiences Went in for an oil change and filter replacement. That went well. I was treated well and the service was quick, On leaving i notice their was an en Went in for an oil change and filter replacement. That went well. I was treated well and the service was quick, On leaving i notice their was an engine warning light on but I needed to get home. The light was not on before the servicing. On a call from the dealer to ask how things went I told them the problem with the light and said KI would be y the next morning. From key drop off tlo a returned car was an hour and a half. The service rep told me there was nothing wrong and they should charge me but didn't. No explanation of why the light was off before the service and came on right after the work. On returning to my car the emergency brake was applied so hard I almost couldn't release. it. not sure if it was an accident. More

Outstanding I would like to not only praise but thank all the individuals I've marked on this survey. Starting with the service staff we brought in our 2012 Titan I would like to not only praise but thank all the individuals I've marked on this survey. Starting with the service staff we brought in our 2012 Titan XD unbeknownst to us the safety system or airbag system had a problem and they could not find it but they informed us it was going to cost a great amount of money. We went back home little upset repairs we're not covered under extended warranty that we had purchased from McCurley. The girls then passed us over to Craig Robertson and I believe he passed this onto Joseph and Dennis salesman. At this point I have to say the whole staff went beyond what they had to do to help us get into a safe new vehicle that was covered under warranty instead of paying for a dead horse. They work the greatest deal for us but understanding that there are a couple things we had to give up on the truck but they are just little things. My wife and I can't say enough about your staff and how they helped us you have won a loyal customer. I'll also say that the staff was more concerned with our safety then selling us a new truck and we appreciated that. We want to thank everybody very much and we are enjoying our new truck immensely. More
