However, the gentlemen that I had to go to, to do the financial part was rude, and unprofessional. Didn't do his job completely thus having me to leave work and come back to the dealership to finish some paperwork. Should of all been done right away. If it wasn't for Denis, I would never recommend Nissan or buy any other car for my company there again. More

Denis was amazing! My husband, 4 young children and I came in needing a new vehicle after my dream car was stolen and totaled. I had texted him very specific needs list a few days before and I wasn't really willing to budge on my almost impossible list. Denis was very patient with my list and showed me some vehicles that he thought would serve my needs well, equipped with a "reserved for my friend Magen" sign in the window which immediately turned around my sour mood. As we looked around at one of the vehicles he wanted to show me I saw the Nissan Quest, although van was on my hard NO request I wanted to check it out. I asked to load my kids car seats and pile everybody in for the test drive because I wanted to make sure they all fit well and had enough room. He was all for it and handled all their noise and questions awesomely. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it and a short time later we were driving it home. He was very knowledgeable and honest about gas mileage, depreciation value, features and stayed within my budget which I really appreciated. I will be trusting Denis with my future car purchases. We had a few in mind at a certain dealership because of the lower price, then I looked at reviews for this certain dealership on Yelp and on Facebook. Let me tell you, they made me sick to my stomach!! Review after review of horrible customer service, lies after lies, cars falling apart and breaking down soon after purchase, smelly creepy salesmen. It was not pretty. We really didn't even want to go there to test drive. I'm so glad we didn't end up going there! After a recommendation from a good friend of ours and checking reviews, we decided to go to Bill Robertson Nissan instead. We are so glad we did!! Excellent service!! We never felt pressured at all from the first minute we were there. We were able to test drive lots of cars before we chose one. Joseph worked really hard with us to come up with a deal that worked for us. He was awesome and very understanding. Bill Robertson Nissan had Beautiful, well quality cars. All of the employees were friendly, polite, patient and very well dressed. Very professional!! We signed our final paperwork with William Robertson. He did an excellent job at explaining everything and was very nice!! They even provided us with a delicious pizza dinner. Highly recommend Bill Robertson Nissan!! More
