While I was waiting (with access to hot coffee, cold bottled water, bagged chips, and fresh cookies), Zach updated me on the progress periodically, and when I received my bill there were no surprises. Afterwards, they washed my car and returned it to me better than before! The only criticism I can find was the receptionist was on her cellphone quite a bit. She wasn't talking but texting, etc. It may be my age (60+), but I don't think this is professional and rather rude. When I addressed her, she looked up at me with an irritated look like I'd interrupted her. Without regard, I'm sure she could have found something else to do for the business while getting paid for her time. A business that doesn't have and recognize the value of good/great customer service, will lose customers and business. Period. More
