Air bag recall I was not expecting to enjoy my wait time while my car was worked on But to my surprise Lisa and all your staff exceeded my expectation. The waiti I was not expecting to enjoy my wait time while my car was worked on But to my surprise Lisa and all your staff exceeded my expectation. The waiting room was clean and comfortable the coffee and fresh baked cookies the restrooms was very clean. Also you had the USB tower for charging my phone and to top all that Lisa told me they washed and vacuumed my car! I had a brilliant experiance and I ha my stopped talking about it! Additional thank you Lisa for noting that my car had the wrong battery and I told her that's its new and Les Schwab put in! I drove to les Schwab and shiwed them the notation about the wrong battery they apologized to me and replaced with a brand new one at mo cost! So thank you Lisa and Service Dept. Vehicle service with a customer service focus Very happy with my recent trip to the Bill Robertson Service Center. I purchased a new Titan and ordered an accessory from the parts department. When it arrived I called service to see if they could install the accessory any time soon. They were able to get the truck in the same day and had the part installed in no time (even though they had to take off the back bumper to do the install). I appreciate the personal service.
