We are new to the area, and while we waited he gave us helpful information about places to see, and answered all our questions about the Tri-cities area and surrounding counties -- of which he is very knowledgeable. He also had in-depth, detailed knowledge about each of the cars that he showed us, and technology. We also love that this dealership supports diversity, and inclusion, and has some staff fluent in Spanish. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to return again when we buy another car in the future. More

Awesomeness This is our second car purchase through Bill (and Debbie) Robertson Nissan. Our first was three years ago and we found ourselves going back yesterday. This is our second car purchase through Bill (and Debbie) Robertson Nissan. Our first was three years ago and we found ourselves going back yesterday. Our "family salesman" is officially Jeff Jackson who doesn't sugarcoat but always keeps the pressure off. We got a very good deal on our trade-in. We know that we will always buy our cars here as long as Jeff works there. We met our finance manager, Will Robertson, for the first time yesterday and he did a tremendous job of giving us our options without making us feel like we were getting a sales pitch. Make sure you ask Will about his dog's visit to Panda Express. I almost cried from laughing so hard. This was overall a great buying experience. Highly recommended for all of your new and used car buying. More
