Well taken care of!!! In the start this was a process and took about 3 days to get it done. Eventhough there were some fall shorts and miscommunications the general manger In the start this was a process and took about 3 days to get it done. Eventhough there were some fall shorts and miscommunications the general manger Jose from sales took the time and made everything workout. He contacted us and listened to our concerns as well as compliants. He then found the vehicle I wanted and had it delivered to me. He also made a great deal on the purchase as well as my trade in which made the transition much easier. Jose also made sure since my vehilce was being delivered he gave me a nice loaner for the 3 days I had to wait for my new vehicle. When the vehicle had arrived he made sure it was detailed and inspected. Jose and Carlos from sales made sure we were taken care of and answered all our questions.
