Love our new Rogue We love the Rogue. The process went smooth as possible, considering we purchased a vehicle that was traded in that same day. Few minor thoughts... the We love the Rogue. Few minor thoughts... the vehicle only had 1/2 tank of gas (full tank was promised), vehicle wasn't buffed (like promised), there was tons of excess greasy cleaner everywhere, and the windows weren't cleaned. These would be easy fixes if we didn't live an hour away from the dealership. More

Bad service is not in their vocab. So today I went in for an oil change and had them shuttle me to and from work. The only thing was there was a miscommunication and was left at work.. I called to check if they were on their way and they arranged someone to pick me up ASAP. Life happens, people aren’t perfect and sometimes things like this happen. It could’ve happened at any dealership. When I arrived they were busy but that didn’t stop them from greeting me and assuring me they’ll be with me shortly. After being held up for a while, Susana made up for everything by deciding to cover the charge. I didn’t have to pay😃 these things only happen at excellent dealerships like Nissan. Bad service is simply unacceptable to them! Bravo Nissan, bravo 👏. More
