They replaced the transmission, and 4 days later the car had the same problem - it wouldn't go when we pressed the accelerator. They had it for 3 weeks, drove it 50 miles, never found a problem. I brought my car in for a recall and to have my check engine light evaluated. They stated it would be $195 to run diagnostic, but if I get any repairs that would go towards the cost. I got a text running engine light evaluated. They stated it would be $195 to run diagnostic, but if I get any repairs that would go towards the cost. I got a text running through everything that came up with my car for the diagnostics and critical maintenance needed. I want to get a few things done, but the fine print was the $195 would only apply to what the original concern was and not any critical maintenance service options. Would have been nice to have this clearly explained. Left paying $223 for a receipt. More

We have purchased at least 5 or6 Nissan Sentra's from Bill Ray Nissan over the last 12 years. The service department had a difficult time finding our extended warranty, then accused me of having my ca Bill Ray Nissan over the last 12 years. The service department had a difficult time finding our extended warranty, then accused me of having my car hit by another (where the crack is it is impossible for that to have happened). Once I had spent hours in your service department the extended warranty was finally found and an appointment to have a backup sensor replaced for the next day. When I got there for my appointment the next day, no paperwork had been left about my appointment! This is not my first time having issues with the service department there. I would think that a legacy customer would rate better treatment! This is why we have not purchased another car from you, nor do we intend to in the future. More
