Revisited for the same issue check engine light I had come to get my Fuel Pump changed and had a check engine light. I changed my fuel pump costed a lot of money. A day later engine light was back o I had come to get my Fuel Pump changed and had a check engine light. I changed my fuel pump costed a lot of money. A day later engine light was back on and the car was not going pass 80 mph. Called John Wright immediately and brought the car in next day. Outstanding personal service! I visited Bill Ray Nissan on 8 May 2018. I needed a small part, for my Frontier, to make the brake lights shut off. I called ahead to make sure that I visited Bill Ray Nissan on 8 May 2018. I needed a small part, for my Frontier, to make the brake lights shut off. I called ahead to make sure that it was in stock and was able to quickly make the purchase. While the price was high for a small piece of plastic, it was needed to get me on the road. When I was walking out to my truck, I asked the Service Manager if he knew how much it cost? John Wright did. Unfortunately, I was not able to install the part, so I drove around for service. I told the ticket writer what I needed, and he went to the Service Manager and John actually came over and installed the part himself-white shirt and all! I have owned three Nissan Frontiers, driven over 500,000 miles and never had this type of personal assistance; they have earned my Business. More
