My husband and I decided to get a used Chevy with our tax return this year. We shopped around and at each dealership we were accosted by money hungry salesmen out to make a sale. Not so at Bill Pierre Chevro return this year. We shopped around and at each dealership we were accosted by money hungry salesmen out to make a sale. Not so at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Mitch showed us around the lot and helped us make a decision with no pressure. He showed us several beautiful cars on the lot. We went home with (my favorite) a used 2011 Chevy Cruze with low miles. I was blown away! I walked out the the dealership with my dream car! When I go to buy another car, Bill Pierre will be my first stop! See ya on the road!!! :) More
WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BILL PIERRE. You will be taken advangae of, you will be lied to, you will pay way more than you should. I went in looking for a good car, two good cars for that matter. I l taken advangae of, you will be lied to, you will pay way more than you should. I went in looking for a good car, two good cars for that matter. I love Chevys and it was time to upgrade the family vehicles. The sales people were less than knowledgable. They knew very little about the cars. It was almost sad to think that they sell cars. I ended up buying a camero and a SUV. I love my camero. I love my SUV. I loath Bill Pierre. I will never buy another car from them........ever. I will own another Chevy, but it will not be from this group. They were very interesed in geting me into a new car. they were very interested in how much money I made. They did all the great sale rep butt kissin. It was a classic auto dealership. When it came time to buy the cars. they sat me down at a small table and had a plain white piece of copy paper......tacky. They wrote down all sorts of numbers, they wrote down what i would pay a month. They wrote down how long I would pay on the cars. They made it seem like I was getting a great deal. They told me I would get a better deal cuz I was buying two cars. From those numbers I then asked what the total price of one of the cars would be. The wrote down a number and I flipped. It was too good to be true. It wasn't!!!!!!! They told me I would be getting my new car for thousands off the sticker price. THOUSANDS. I was sceptical. They said it was because of my amazing credit score. They said it was becasue they liked me......they said it was cuz they wanted my buisness. I questioned it and did some research. sure enough I was going to be getting a really good deal....so I thought. Nope. I ended up paying every bit of $50,000 for my SS2 Camero, and 10,000 over the blue book value for the SUV, not the thousands less like they said I would be. I missed it in the details and now I am paying full price for a great car and way more than anyone should pay for an SUV..........but at the cost of being lied to, tricked, hurried through the paper work that I did not get a copy of until 1 year later........1 YEAR. Fishy?? yes it was. Do not get me wrong, I love my Chevy Camero. I am sad that villians sell great USA produced cars. If you learn anything form my review. Do not be fooled by this group. Go somewhere else. There are many other dealerships that do really want your biusness. This group is not one of them. They only want your money. I fell sad for the Peirre Family. They are getting thier named dragged through the mud. It is a shame that they have no conscience about their actions. UPDATE. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO WORK WITH THEIR GM. What a joke. When I called them on what happened they told me that I got a good deal on the car. that it was my fault for signing the papers and that this happens to all car buyers all the time. WOW. They told me this. It took numberous calls and the CS was horrific. They denied, denied, denied. Only after one month of calling them did they tell me all of this. I hope to have another update after I call my Lawyer gets involved. Please.......for the love of Chevy.........and all good used cars everywhere. Please go somewhere else. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. BB More

I was greeted by a friendly sales guy who offered to pull up the car we wanted but instead we decided to see what else they had since there are so many cars here. Besides the cars being spread out, everythi up the car we wanted but instead we decided to see what else they had since there are so many cars here. Besides the cars being spread out, everything was easy to see. They showed us cost and their MSRP invoice without us even asking. I told them the car was for me even though my husband was doing most of the talking, they made sure they showed the car to me. Other dealers we went to ignored me completely! I thought when they ran my credit their attitudes might change for the worse because we have bad credit but they understood and were still very helpful. We went through a few different cars that they said I would qualify for. Eventually we came to an agreement and I'm really happy to have a new car! The finance guy helped find me a good warranty that was a little pricey but I could afford the payment instead of having to pay for repair. They got the second key I was promised within a week. I was a little worried about the other reviews here but I have heard that they can get people approved who otherwise wouldn't. My interest rate is 12%, and other dealerships quoted me 18% and one even tried to get me to sign at 30%. I probably would have because I needed a car but I am really glad I called these guys first. Thanks Leo and Theo!!! More
These guys are very professional and willing to go the extra mile! I just totalled my Impala and needed a car quickly but let them know that I still had some time to shop around. The people who helped me extra mile! I just totalled my Impala and needed a car quickly but let them know that I still had some time to shop around. The people who helped me ( a few different guys all worked with each other to make sure I was helped since they were so busy) were willing to give me all of the payments and information up front, and showed me all of the cars I wanted to see. We finally (after a few hours) found the perfect one that works for me and I drove it home that day! I didn't want to have to shop around and they helped me get exactly what I wanted. I will send all of my friends there for sure! More
This was a horrible car purchase experience. My wife and I found a 08 Mercury Milan with very few miles, we were so excited we jumped on it. We get down to the dealership the car is there, immediately we are on the test drive. The car has a lot of scratches on it, a funny odor, needs a couple of other fixes to make it ride pretty. These things were brought to the attention of the salesman. The odor was fixed on the spot; however, the scratches weren't so easy. When the paperwork was drawn up the finance guy started doing lot of fast talking. We wound up agreeing to a Cilajet package "at an additional cost to us", we also agreed to an anti-theft activation "at an additional cost to us", the gap insurance which could have been agreed upon at a reduced charge was charged even beyond our informing the finance guy that we could get it much cheaper. In all when all the fast talking and paper signing was done we wound up paying much more for a car that was priced at a really low price only to get us into the dealership. When we called to ask to have the "optional" items removed to lower the amount being financed we were told that the car was already financed and we couldn't take anything off. If its optional then it should be easy to remove the "optional" items. Never purchase or deal with the financial department at this dealership. They do not care about the customer or the potential for putting them further in debt. More
Where to start........My husband and I had been looking online for a very specific car-a used Honda Civic, LX or EX years 2001-2006. Nothing fancy, just something to get me to work and home everyday. The m online for a very specific car-a used Honda Civic, LX or EX years 2001-2006. Nothing fancy, just something to get me to work and home everyday. The minute we showed up on the lot, Leonardo was hustling over to help us. I guess that was the best part of our experience. I was a little surprised to see a salesman wearing a baseball cap, but kind of pushed that aside believing it didn't matter if he didn't look professional if he was going to help us find the car we saw in the ad. Well, we really never got a straight answer from Leonardo about where that Civic disappeared to. Damon Wilson later told us it was sold, but that was long after our high pressure sales experience. Leonardo kept showing us all these other cars, driving us around their lots, acting like we were looking for the Civic we wanted, (I now believe that it A). Didn't exist and was a ploy to get people in, or B). Sold before we got there and he never told us to try and lead us into a different car). So even though the car we came in for was priced at $8900, Leonardo whips out this '08 Civic for us to test drive. I asked him straight up how much this car was, knowing that it was out of our price range and didn't meet the criteria we had specified. He kind of muttered something about 'transparent pricing,' and changed the subject. We ended up taking a test drive at Leonardo's prompting. I knew the car was out of our price range and kind of felt like our time was being wasted. My husband and I are really "nice" people. I say that not to brag, but to explain how we made it this far without leaving or saying anything! Leonardo was just talking this Civic up to no end, asking us to tell him the mileage again, and making it sound like we needed this car. We got back from the test drive and they had already taken the keys and registration to our prospective trade-in. We went inside the building, and I honestly thought we were going to sit and talk about the car and see if there were more that we liked that he could show us. I was completely wrong. He whipped out this piece of paper and started writing numbers on the paper. $21,000 was the first number I saw. I'm thinking , "is this a joke? This is wayyy out of our price range and he knows it!" So, I immediately said that this was just completely out of our price range. Here's when the pressure was on. We told him from the minute we were driving around with him that we had wanted to pay cash. We had saved money for this car and were going to spend what we could afford, no financing. This guy did not respect that AT ALL. He was pushing financing down our throats trying to convince us we should finance and it would improve our credit. News flash: we already have great credit, own a home and two cars that are completely paid off. Anyway, he kept crossing out numbers trying to get us to sign to numbers next to "I will buy this car now!!!" on an X_____________. My husband and I were just so frustrated and confused. We kept turning down every figure he offered us! He kept saying "what would it Take to get you in this car, out the door?" He was just obnoxious. Telling us over and over that this was a car that would last longer than the other car we wanted to see, etc... I kept saying that I wanted higher mileage because I knew it was in our price range. I told him that my anxiety level was now through the roof and I did not want the car. He didn't stop. We had to ask for time to talk, and he didn't want to give it to us! I wish we would have gotten up and left then. I knew that even if we reached an agreement price, I didn't want that car anymore. I felt sick to my stomach and wanted to leave. So, here's where Damon Wilson steps in. He tells us he has a Mazda 3 for us to look at, and he takes over. I can say right off that Damon was a much better salesman, but I never find it professional to reek of cigarette smoke and swear during business type transactions... We test drove the Mazda, (maybe just to escape that building), and I knew even if it was the car of my dreams, I didn't want it because I still felt so shaken up from the grilling we'd gotten from Leonardo. Luckily, Damon was worlds different and didn't pressure us into the Mazda. We ended up telling him we wanted to leave and it was no problem. He said he'd call us if anything came through that suited us. All this to say that Bill Pierre already has a bad reputation, I've talked to many people now that are laughing at us for even going there. We ended up buying a car at Blade Chevy in Mt. Vernon with a diametrically opposite experience. We recieced the most excellent customer service, great pricing and NO PRESSURE. They were genuinely interested in what worked for us and we never heard one word about financing after we said the word "cash." Pressure may get some people to buy cars, but they're not going to be repeat customers. Bill Pierre left a bad taste in my mouth, and my husband and I will never be back. More
Worst car buying experience ever! After negotiating a value for our trade in and shaking hands on the deal, had to wait an hour an a half to go into finance to sign papers. Once there, the finance person value for our trade in and shaking hands on the deal, had to wait an hour an a half to go into finance to sign papers. Once there, the finance person (Matt Sisson) used high pressure sales tactics to sell add-ons. After biting on the extended warranty he tried selling the service package, stating that if you didn't use factory oil filters the warranty would be void. Not a pleasant experience. Then finally getting to the signing of the papers and found that the agreed upon trade price had not been honored! Should have walked, but signed out of frustration just to get out of there! Missed the “document fee” gotcha. Emailed the sales person along with the sales manager and have not received a response. Shouldn't be surprised. Was not worth the 240 mile round trip, time or gas! Hate to give them 1s accross the board, but zero is not an option. The finance dept. has been totally inept in everything they've done and they still owe me money! Sadly, once i refused to accept a free an option. The finance dept. has been totally inept in everything they've done and they still owe me money! Worst experience I have ever had!!! Zino was working on my application and didn't hear from him for a while, so I called and found out he left for a month. Then talked to Steve and he told me that my deal my application and didn't hear from him for a while, so I called and found out he left for a month. Then talked to Steve and he told me that my deal was on the back burner because they had a big sale that weekend and the there were lots of Zino customers that were on the back burner.... Steve made me feel like a piece of crap and that I wasn't worth nothing. Then a few days later Hammer called and said he thought he could get the deal done. My hopes got up again and then he said he would call.... I called him and it took over a week for him to get back with me........ And he says " Do you have any questions?? Are you serious??????????????????? Not only once but 3 times... More
