Now enter the slimy finance manager who tried to throw on a 1900 dollar warranty service and flat out told us it was part of the cost of the vehicle. We specifically asked how it worked and was again told. It's included. It's only after we did the numbers that we found it was an additional charge. They did the right thing and removed it. Now move on to us wiring the final payment and them delivering the car. The gentleman who brought the car was very sweet and amazing, even made it happen after getting a flat. Today we go to use the vehicle to pick up our niece and nephew, gas light turns on and like anyone we pull into the gas station to put gas. Here's where it gets interesting. There is a lock on the gas cap. Look around everywhere panicking hoping the dealership left the key in the glove box or something. Noooope. No such luck. We call the dealership after almost being stranded on the side of the road with 2 kids. The MANAGER tells us. "We'll It's a used car so..." excuse me. So your telling me you didn't think to check that we had a xxxx key to be able to put gas in the vehicle you just sold us. We were hoping it was just an oversight and they would remedy the issue. Oh no, not at all. Just told on repeat "well it's a used car, just get a screwdriver and pop the lock. "Wow. Just wow. I've been in customer service and escalations in corp America for 20+ years and have never seen such horrible service. This will be the last Chevy we ever buy. And we will never buy any vehicle from the pierre name again. More

Took my car in for a little maintenance, what a nightmare! Roland, he said the manager was very bazaar. I had to pay $185 up front for diagnostic. I was told I needed two catalytic converters at $5000 plus tree hours labor. I was wondering what the extra cat was for. I said I would be taking the car to my regular mechanic. I couldn't get Roland to give me the diagnostic I paid for so the new manager Chris stepped in. He said my car had a massive five and melted the two cats, still only one on the car. I called a tow truck and brought it to my regular mechanic. After hearing this horrific story he dropped everything to take a look. An hour and $42.50 later my car was just fine. The catalytic converter was just fine. I had one bad plug that caused a mild mis-fire. This unnecessary drama lasted all day. I truly thought the dishonest dealer policies were finally a thing of the past. Nope, they seemed to get pleasure bullying an old lady. Seriously, don't do it! More

Avoid this dealership at all costs, their reconditioning process is inconsistent, customer service is incompetent. I inquired about a 10K mile Corvette Z06 and got a walk around since I live in Texas and co process is inconsistent, customer service is incompetent. Inquired in writing about; tread depth, cosmetic conditions, and if the vehicle was stock with no modifications. In writing I received the following information - tires had 6/32nd, car isn’t modified and in great condition. Once I agreed to purchase, they then informed me that they were increasing the price by 1K because I’m not a Washington resident and that if I agreed to finance with them they would accommodate the price they have listed (I have this in writing). I declined their financing so I was charged the extra 1K that wasn’t disclosed in their ad for being a non-Washington resident. I purchased the vehicle and was transported to Texas to find several issues. The tires actually only have 3/32nd, came with intake and tune among other modifications, rotors so gouged so bad that they can’t be resurfaced and sounds like the pads are in backwards, and flat passenger rear tire. Took 4 days of follow-up for an incompetent manager, Mr. Goldstein, to initiate the conversation with “Dude you bought a used car, what did you expect?” Asked to record the call which he declined, in which he became belligerent and completely unprofessional and I terminated the nonproductive call. I didn’t read the reviews prior to purchase, do your research and you will see that they are terrible. Look at other reviews, there is a clear trend…… More
