My family and I are loyal Serra toyota customers for many years. We visited Bill Penny in Huntsville this time and was more than welcomed from the employees. I had a 2010 corolla that was leased and needs to get out of it because I was going over on my miles. The staff was very easy to work with when it came to getting me out of my lease. Also being as indecisive as I was, our sales associate, Nolan, helped me decide on what I wanted. He ran all over the place trying to help me. Being a college student I had a budget of what I wanted in a monthly car payment. Everyone involved helped me so much to get my payments to where I wanted them. When I left I felt like we were all friends and that I would be easy to come back as well as bring my family back to buy more cars. We may be new Bill Penny loyal customers for now on. More

I hope things will be better when if i have to deal with Toyota or when i go get my oil change i hope the service will bell good...... I have to admit that i was please with certain Greg and Roberto i think was the name he was one of the blak shirt guys they both had great customer service....... More

I just bought a 2012 Corolla in March for my daughter. Dealt some with Cindy Huet. She is great! She was very informative and seemed to be on top of all situations. I bought a Scion tC from a Birmingham, Alabama, Toyota dealership two years ago. (My local dealership didn't have a used tC with all the features I wanted.) Since I live in Huntsville, I decided to give B dealership two years ago. (My local dealership didn't have a used tC with all the features I wanted.) Since I live in Huntsville, I decided to give Bill Penny's service department a shot. A few weeks after buying my car, before I ever even needed an oil change, I noticed a strange noise coming from the front passenger side. It sounded like metal-on-metal. Bill Penny's service representatives had to keep my car overnight to find the cause. They drove my car around town trying to replicate the noise, took my car to PIECES trying to find the cause, and finally discovered a bent piece of metal rubbing up against the frame. They fixed it, reassembled my car and told me that the problem was obviously the remanent of a collision. I was appalled. The dealer in Birmingham swore it had never been wrecked! When I told the service representative that, he tore up my bill and printed a new one for less than $100, and told me he was so sorry that I had been (accidentally) misled by another Toyota dealer. Yes, it's nice to be presented with a much lower bill, but what impressed me was how dogged the technicians were -- they wouldn't give up until they found and fixed the problem. My service representative called me several times to update me on the progress, and genuinely cared about my experience with Bill Penny. I've been taking my Scion there ever since. I took it by today because the "check engine" light came and I have a business trip tomorrow. The representatives there know me by name when I come in, and are always polite and helpful, and the technicians are talented and fast. I absolutely cannot say enough nice things about this dealership! They exemplify excellent customer service. :-) More
I give this dealership and their employees I worked with a rating of 5. Bob Fitzgerald, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to buy. He explained all the details about the car, both on the lot while we were looking at it and while I drove the vehicle. He presented the pricing of the vehicle and it was a very good competitive price. (Competitive because I had heard the pricing from two different dealerships in the area). I told him I had to 'sleep' on his offer before I would reject/accept. The sales manager, Brent Ferdinand, then came by and we discussed the offer. Again, my same response. No pressure was applied by either sales person. Within 4 hours I was back at this dealer completing the purchase transaction. I could not have been any happier than I was when we concluded the purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with Bill Penney Toyota and their sales staff. Ed Gerheauser More
I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I WISH NOW THAT THEY ALL WERE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND AT LEAST TO THIS POINT VERY HONE NEEDLESS TO SAY I WISH NOW THAT THEY ALL WERE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND AT LEAST TO THIS POINT VERY HONEST I BELIEVE. THEY ARE NOT PUSHY AND TRY TO HELP FIND EXCATLY WHAT I WANT IN THE PRICE RANGE THAT I WANTED. WHEN I TOLD THE SALESMAN (OWEN COX) THAT I WANTED A CRIMSON COLOR HE NEVER TRIED TO SELL ME A GREEN ONE. THIS MAY NOT MEAN MUCH TO ANYONE ELSE BUT TO ME IT IS MY MONEY THAT I AM SPENDING AND I JUST WANT WHAT I WANT. I WOULD HAVE EVEN COME BACK LATER HAD THEY NOT HAD WHAT I (MY WIFE LOVED) WANTED.
