Charlie Lansdell was AMAZING. He ran some numbers and gave us a ball park number. The floor manager, John Smith, was VERY RUDE. Refused to come down AT ALL on sticker price and said "ABSOLUTELY NOT". We were never rude and very understanding. He came over and started off with an attitude. I assume he doesn't like people trying to get themselves a better deal or who know what they're talking about. We immediately left and went to Subaru. Now proud owners of a Subaru Forester limited with all the same creature features as the rav4 hybrid we previously looked at. Would much rather give our business to nice deserving people! More

I scheduled maintenance under the new car service agreement but Tyler Long ordered $130 of additional work that he never got approval from me for. He actually tried to blame it on my husband. That’s horrible service. :/ More

I bought a used car with this dealership and was told the car to as given a though check I have also had it served though there. I took it in for a oil change at a different place only to find out both my dr car to as given a though check I have also had it served though there. I took it in for a oil change at a different place only to find out both my drive axles have been bad for awhile. It has been less than 3 months since I had it in their shop and was told everything was good. Since purchasing the car less than 6 months ago I have had to replace brakes( which I was told were fine) the alternator, and coils. I was assured upon purchlace of this vehicle that everything was good and upon servicing things were good. The technician informed me this was not a new issue that this issue had been going bon for a long time. I feel like I was sold a car simply so the salesman could make a commission. I informed them I was on a limited income and couldn't afford alot of repairs yet that is all I have had since the purchase of the vehicle I am very disatisfied with the quality of service and honesty of this company. I purchased a 2020 Sienna and have brought up the issue of this vehicle having hesitation and acceleration issues after the first week of owning ii and numerous times since then. On all occasions I was tol of this vehicle having hesitation and acceleration issues after the first week of owning ii and numerous times since then. On all occasions I was told by the service department that this was normal for the car because of the Eco system. Now the word has finally come out that there is a recall because of the fuel pump. I’m a descent hands on type of person and know when things are just not right, so why aren’t the trained technicians capable of finding and fixing the issues? Now I am aware that this vehicle can stall on me at any time and they don’t have the parts to fix it. I surely hope nothing happens to my family or anyone as a result of what I see as negligence on the part of Toyota and the Bill Penny dealership. More
