My Honda Accord was purchased form this dealership and taken to them for regular maintenance. Three years ago something went awry with the interior clock on the light and the interior light that comes on taken to them for regular maintenance. Three years ago something went awry with the interior clock on the light and the interior light that comes on when you open the driver's door - it didn't work. Also if the keys were left in the ignition there was no sound to indicate such. I was in for an oil change and pointed this problem out to them. They told me a part was needed, they would order it and contact me for the repair. I never heard a thing! Three years later I've learned to live with this. In the meantime I received a recall notice for my airbag. I took the car to them this morning for that service. In talking with Randy he asked why I hadn't had the car in and I explained the above incident. He asked me to give them a second chance so I did; I needed an alignment and asked them to do that while the car was there. When I went to pick up the vehicle there is a small charge for something called "Customer Pay Shop Supply For Repair Order". I asked Randy and he said it was a type of tax....I don't believe it. I asked if it was for a part - he said no and that every repair shop has that charge. Not my wonderful local mechanic who has been caring for my Honda for the past three years! Also they indicated, in writing, they'd perfomed a "World Class Inspection" - nothing I asked for. In that inspection they have checked that the dash, interior lights, intrument panel and warning lights all passed....hmmmm, I think not! I will NEVER take the vehicle to this location again. They don't deserve the business. If I ever purchase another Honda I will certainly do so in Carson City or Fallon, not at Bill Pearce Honda. More

My wife and I came in to buy a Pilot. Based on my past experience with other dealerships, I was expecting the same horrible experience. Wow, the sales person (Tom) was outstanding. Very knowledgeable an experience with other dealerships, I was expecting the same horrible experience. Wow, the sales person (Tom) was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and honest. We also met with a sales manager (John) who was very friendly and upfront. I was so blown away from this car buying experience that I would recommend even my own family that drives Ford's to this dealership. As a matter of fact, my friends and family ended up trading in there trucks for New Pilots. The dealership was great but the employees we dealt with are among the finest. Thank you. More
Bought new from them in '05 and have had all service done there. Almost walked out of the showroom because they were playing their games. Doubtful I'd ever buy there again. It's the service that is horrible there. Almost walked out of the showroom because they were playing their games. Doubtful I'd ever buy there again. It's the service that is horrible. Both the treatment by the service personnel, but worse yet, the quality of workmanship. I had to go in repeatedly to get a slow leak fixed in a tire, and at one point they told me it would be better if I just went to Big O. Had to argue with them, but they finally found the small nail and fixed it. Took 4 trips to them for a slow leak in a tire??? Worse yet, they didn't do what is specified in the owner's manual at a service interval, (specifically, lubing hinges and locks, which was even on their own published itemized flyer)and it took a prolonged discussion with a service manager to have them even condescend to perform the service. What they offered as compensation was a free oil change. At the next oil change, we got the car back and noticed a leak. Crawling under the car revealed the oil drain plug to be finger tight. If the mechanic forgot it, unexcuseable. If the mechanic left it loose on purpose? Unexcuseable. The most recent service has a warning light coming on...immediately after we get the car back from a scheduled maintenance visit. Coincidence? Most infuriating is discussing anything with their service people. They presume you to be an idiot, interrupt you while you're talking, and shift responsibility to someone who doesn't happen to be there that day. They replaced the rear brake pads prematurely, as verified by an independant certified Honda mechanic. Bill Pierce's excuse was that "everybody measures them differently". Rear pads at 30k mi, and plenty left on the fronts?? No, there was another 15k on those pads. Tires for life? No, it's a 'tires for profit' program. They replaced the Michelins with Yokohamas. Cheaper tire...what a surprise. Save your money, because what you spend to maintain eligibility will be more than the value of the 'free' tires. Dealer profits from parts and service are between 80-90% of their total. Keep that in mind when you're dealing with them. More
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. When I went into the dealership with my son, everything was fine and I was treated with respect. When I went back with my visiting moth buying a car. When I went into the dealership with my son, everything was fine and I was treated with respect. When I went back with my visiting mother, I was treated like dirt once they had my money. I was promised one thing and given another. They screwed me out of over $3000.00 thousand dollars and when I confronted them, I was told too bad and it hasn't ended there. I will be writing complaints about those people for the rest of my life until someone does something...............They are crooks!!!! More

I should've read the other posts here before going to the dealer. The car I wanted was not on the lot. Rather than go to another dealer, which would cut into their profit, they assured me one was on it dealer. The car I wanted was not on the lot. Rather than go to another dealer, which would cut into their profit, they assured me one was on its way and would arrive in less than 5 days. Today is that 5th day. Turns out, it's going to be over a week. They lied to make a deal. And the icing on the cake is that Monique Graham had promised to keep in contact with me, to update me about when the car would be ready. She didn't. I called her, she said she'd call me in 20 minutes. Of course, no response. When I went to the dealership this morning and found out that they had lied about how long it'd take for the shipment to arrive, the manager I spoke with didn't really care. His name, for the record, is Marvin Baima. I also dealt with another gentleman there who did not give his name He's a supervisor of some kind, kind of a big guy. DO NOT GO TO BILL PEARCE COURTESY HONDA Unless, of course, you enjoy being screwed over. More
People are not professional, bad attitude. Brought in my car for service few times, and always ended up with bad experience. Unresponsible attitude such as leaving you wait though the car is done and sitti car for service few times, and always ended up with bad experience. Unresponsible attitude such as leaving you wait though the car is done and sitting in the parking for more than 20min. They never try to address their own fault. Have to go there since they are the only honda dealer in Reno. I would rather drive 20+ mile to Carson instead. More
