Unorganized and unprofessional Never in my life i have i been asked what my health status is. As that is a hippa violation. Did it make you all feel better about yourselves, knowing im TERMINAL?! Just because my credit isn't great(due to medical) does NOT give the dealership the right to belittle me or question me about something so personal. Obviously if i have medical bills on my credit report, something IS wrong. Healthy people don't go to hospitals for fun. Regardless of all the above, We are still paying customers. Also when you know someone has an appt, paperwork and the car your buying should be ready to GO, especially when we had already been there SEVERAL times before and you are aware of my certain needs & availability. Just like your time is valuable so is ours. Customer Service is awful and extremely unprofessional. This is one the worst experiences i have had since being diagnosed. I will never recommend your dealership instead i will twkk everyone about my awful degrading visit. I will also be speaking to BBB about the HIPPA violation. No one should be treated this way, what time i have left on EARTH should be filled with great memories not dealership nightmares! More

Service associate My honda odyseeys starter went out on mothers day while i was visiting Reno. The cat was towed to Pearce honda Sunday night. It took until noon to get it confirmed that it was the starter. Randy said it would be done by 2. Then i mentioned that i had an extended warranty. He called and conformed it wad a covered repair and i confirmed i would come to the dealership at 2. I arrived at 2:06 and Randy said it was not done yet. At 2:40 i checked and he said they still had 1 1/2 hours left. This service only takes am hour. So what he is really doing is stalling because the warranty payment company will close and if i want my car back i will have to pay the dealer directly At their full fee, not the warranty contract fee. This is common practice in dealerships. Consumers, find a reputable small privately owned service center, stay away from dealerships. They are greedy, lazy, uncaring and dishonest. Especially Honda dealerships! More

I went here to get my ancient honda civic checked up, to make sure everything was in good working order. The car has never had any major issues, and I've always kept it well maintained. When I got the car back, the air conditioning had stopped working. It had worked great up until they kept the car. So I sent it back to them, they claimed all the freon had leaked out. Now what's more likely, that it was running on the last drop of freon and I never noticed, or that they punctured the AC while doing other work? But whatever. I got them to put in an adapter so the AC would work again. They did so, over the course of about a week. Within a week of bringing the car home, the AC was broken again. Took the car back. They claimed it was an unrelated problem, so I paid again for them to fix the AC. And now, 2 weeks later the AC is definitely broken again. In the whole time I've probably driven the car less than 10 times. More
I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Scott and the awesome staff at Bill Pearce. I had hoops and guidelines from my Credit Union for them to jump through. I live in Texas and buying a vehicle log distance adds even more stress. But after dealing with Moises at Bill Pearce Honda Used cars in Reno Nevada I think I might buy all my cars long distance. Moises did such a great job assuring me the vehicle was as described and worked hard for me getting the price of the vehicle where I needed it. I was so impressed with the Dodge Ram 2500 I purchased, it was just as Moises told me. I am very pleased with the service I received and get this, I never had to speak to a manager. We always have to speak to the manager here in Texas. The paper work was Fed-Ex'd to me with a return Fed-Ex envelope and clearly marked where to sign, and they worked with my bank getting the funding right. Bill Pearce Honda title department sent the title paperwork to a title office close to my home and everything went very smooth. I cannot think of another time a car deal went this smooth. When it is time to shop for another car Bill Pearce Honda will be my first place to shop. More
