It took quite awhile for the service center shuttle to come back (over an hour), but the driver was friendly and took me to my destination promptly. My vehicle was ready before the estimate time and check out was just as smooth as the check in. This was a much better experience than last time when I experienced delays in getting the right part, poor communicaiton and a rude service advisor. More
