Shuttle service is timely and efficient, will take you anywhere you want to go if you choose not to wait. Betty Mantz is especially personable, helpful, honest and sincere and gave me a fairly accurate guestimate as to cost of service. Will be coming here as long as I have vehicle or another Honda. More

Over all, every aspect of our buying experience was "great"! The Reno dealership service department has always been there to greet me , answer any questions I have and follow through with the service. I always get a cll to check up that everything was OK and if not they always make sure that it is right. So far i have had very minimal concerns that my car is well taken care of. More

Ryan would be my salesperson, she said (turns out he wasn't there because of a sick child). When I came in the next time, Ryan & I went for the test drive. All ok. Not sure why he didn't offer to sync my phone w/ the CRV...blue tooth. My son was up today (Sunday) & helped me do it... I was surprised there is no navigation feature included. I thought, since it's an EX-L, that it would be there... I'm happy with the car so far. More
