Great Need and Great Experience The staff at Bill Pearce Honda is unfailingly professional and kind. Yesterday, I didn't have an appointment, but could tell that something was wrong The staff at Bill Pearce Honda is unfailingly professional and kind. Yesterday, I didn't have an appointment, but could tell that something was wrong with my brakes. I came to the dealership at 7:15 am, explained to Betty that I didn't have an appointment, but the brakes needed attention. I told her that they were welcome to keep the car overnight -- I understood that they were always busy. Betty took down all my information, said she'd call with an assessment, and said that I'd come at a good time. I went off to Enterprise Rental Cars. Betty called me within 2 hours of my leaving the car to let me know that both front and rear brakes needed attention; further, she gave me an estimate of the cost. At 11 am Betty called to say that my car would be ready at 12:30pm. This saved me a day's rental feel. I think that what I always appreciate with Betty is the clarity and transparency of all the interactions. More

This last time when I brought my car in for service, I thought I had an appointment, which I scheduled on the Service page, Turns out the website didn't schedule my appointment, but Mr. Gomez worked me in.
