I would also like to give a shout out to the employees that shuttle customers to a destination of their choice and pick them up again when their vehicle is ready. It is a great service! 70K Service As ever, I took my Honda Accord to the regular service (70K). All checked points were ok expect for "Inspect overall tire wear and condition" where a caution was checked. The Advisor explained this to me, but I was not quite sure what the problem was. It was my fault not to inquire deeper into it. Also, I should have asked to show me the "Caution". With tire, which are the "shoes" of a car, there should be no "Caution" but only "Pass" or "Fail". Bill Pearce replaced the tires based on the "Tires for Life". T emphasize this: The life of car passenger depends on the good condition of tires. I suggest to change this, and further to show customers what and where the problem is. I am otherwise happy with the service. More
