The caring about my individual circumstances was greatly appreciated and unusual to find in today's world. Also the shuttle driver was cordial and called before the end of his shift to make sure he didn't miss me if I needed a ride to pick up my car. Great service--above and beyond More

My review is completely relating to the professional staff. My husband and I have two Honda vehicles both of which were purchased at Bill Pearce Honda. We are 100% satisfied with the sales personnel since 2006 My husband and I have two Honda vehicles both of which were purchased at Bill Pearce Honda. We are 100% satisfied with the sales personnel since 2006 purchase and again 2010 purchase. The service department is superb and is supported by a professional staff as well a knowledgeable in the various fields of the business. We have encountered a couple of instances which were addressed immediately through my contact with Randy (service rep). His professionalism is what I respect at every visit. Other people in management.. stop by in the waiting area give greetings to the customers. Look bottom line is that I am not just putting out a bunch of adjectives, but I am being truthful about Bill Pearce Honda....I'm 71 years old and they are the best. More
Great customer service I took my 2009 Honda in for a coolant and transmission flush. I was told by Randy that both those had been done in 2014. excellent customer service I took my car to get serviced and I was told me I needed to get my tires aligned for the Honda Tires for Life. I picked up my car after work and as I I took my car to get serviced and I was told me I needed to get my tires aligned for the Honda Tires for Life. I picked up my car after work and as I was driving it home it pulled to the right which it was NOT doing prior to the alignment. As one can imagine, I was upset and called and left a message with Betty my service adviser. She called me first thing Monday morning and worked to find me loaner car so I would not have to wait to get my car re-aligned. Betty helped make a bad experience with the workmanship of the mechanics into a good one. She was more then understanding, very helpful, and made me want to come back to the dealership for future service. More
