Hello, My name is Bud and I am the admin for our company. I am trying to get in touch with you about your experience. I can't seem to find your e-mail records in our system to find out what vehicle you were looking at, however I do wish to address your concern and your time would be greatly appreciated. Nancy's role at our dealrship does not go beyond appointment setting and I am not sure why she was working with you beyond an introduction since she is not a salesperson. I would also like to know what sales manager you were dealing with. We have four at that location plus a floor manager. Please help me address this issue.
