Integrity and Quality Service I took my Odyssey in for service last week and asked them to look at a troubling issue with the sliding door. Online research indicated I should expe I took my Odyssey in for service last week and asked them to look at a troubling issue with the sliding door. Online research indicated I should expect to pay over $1000 for repairs and I’d been quoted that and higher by other area dealerships. Rob took a look at my car, asked questions about my purchase records and determined that the entire issue was covered by my Honda Certified Used purchase agreement. I didn’t pay a cent for the door repair. They also diagnosed a slow leak in one of the tires and patched it instead of trying to force replacement tires. We’ll be back to Bill Page for our future service needs. More

Their consistent diligence and their helpful and courteous staff have made me always stay with this service center even though we have lived in different locations. Joanne was my first service advisor, and her professionalism and smile haven't changed throughout the years. More

Terrible customer service; terrible experience! This is the second time in a row that I have had a terrible experience at this service center. I called two days in advance and made an appointment fo This is the second time in a row that I have had a terrible experience at this service center. I called two days in advance and made an appointment for an oil change and a recall. My appointment was for 9:00am on a Saturday morning. When I dropped off the van at 8:45, my assigned service representative (Kenneth) was unable to be located. He was paged but never responded, so another representative checked me in. She asked if I was going to wait for the van and I said no, but that I would like to pick up the van as soon as possible. She said "it's not very busy today; it should be finished by noon." At 12:40 I called for a status update. Again, Kenneth could not be located, so I left him a voicemail asking for a return phone call. An hour later, at 1:40, I still had not heard from Kenneth. At this point my van had been at the service center for FIVE HOURS for an oil change and a recall. What is the point of making an appointment if it's going to take over 5 hours? My husband went to the service center to try to figure out what was happening with the van. He was told that if I had said I was going to wait for the van, it would have taken much less time. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one mentioned this to me and how is this fair? Kenneth had no idea what was happening and told my husband the van was ready. When I arrived to pick up the van, no one could find the key because it was in Kenneth's pocket. He was extremely rude to me, never apologized for anything, had an extremely unprofessional attitude, never returned my call, and was rude to my husband. We were originally planning to lease or purchase another vehicle from Bill Page at the end of our lease term, but after two terrible experiences with the service department, we do not want to be affiliated with this dealership for any reason. More
Overall pretty good but it was a very busy morning. The only thing they forgot was the car wash I asked for. Also could not replicate the problem with the RPM dial fluttering when the car is stopped...b The only thing they forgot was the car wash I asked for. Fantastic Crew I used to go to another Honda dealer in the area. However, after going to Bill Page, I honestly have refused to go anywhere else.
