However, I must say the best experience in long time. Joann was well prepared and answer all my questions in regarding my concerns and extensive service work needed for my Honda Civic 2003. Being very polite and courteous, She directed me and explained completely. She was quite knowledgable and really patient as well; not pushing. The staff did go an extra mile too, Above and beyond, To ensure all my needs were met,in a timely manner. Being an Ex-Marine, I know at times i can be quite diffcult in trying to obtain the best deal available. Great examples of professionals, In regards to customer satifaction they posses the highest of qualities in commitment and dedication, Which was apparent in ensuring my complete satifaction with the service. I am very pleased with the service. Every time I go there they take my car in right away, change my oil, and Peter has advised me on my brakes. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family. A ho-hum experience that included misleading completion A ho-hum experience that included misleading completion time estimates with a service advisor at Bill Page had me on the brink of deciding my firs A ho-hum experience that included misleading completion time estimates with a service advisor at Bill Page had me on the brink of deciding my first visit for scheduled maintenance would be my last. Customer Relations Manager Tyrone Brown saved the day! Mr. Brown proactively intervened after seeing me in the waiting area. Suffice to say he got the job completed on an expedited basis with a bow on top. Approximately 6 weeks later, I called Mr. Brown with an unusual issue that had arisen that caused my radio and CD player to be de-programmed. Within minutes a service advisor called me, gave me a few quick instructions via phone, and I was all better within minutes and free of charge. Not necessarily a big deal standing alone, but I'll take quick, free and pleasant everytime. Bill Page has a happy service customer thanks to their main man in customer relations Tyrone Brown. More
My customer service experience was good, Tommy called and explained what needed to be done, and he called again to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. As for price, I think dealer's are typically more expensive than independent repair shops, and because of Honda's flat rate pricing structure, think there's little room for competitive pricing. Would like to see the pricing structure change. More
Both Brown and Dodge was very helpful. Brown was great, he made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time there so I was very grateful. This dealership does bad work and does not back up warrantees. I bought a new 2003 Odyssey there. Since then, the tranny went bad before 100K, the radio has been replaced three times, and the paint warrantees. I bought a new 2003 Odyssey there. It started pealing off within 12 months and the refused to repair it. Why by a Honda from this company or this dealership? More
I always receive the best service from Bill Page Honda and specifically Pete Herman. Pete is always helpful and honest when it comes to advising my on what needs to be done to my CRV. I recently leased my second vehicle through Bill Page Honda. The main reason for my return to this dealership is due to the service department. They are nice, flexible, and trustworthy. And when I bring it and drop it off, they have a courtesy shuttle to take me to work. They always do a good job and are honest with me about everything. Appreciate the fact that dealer takes walk-ins since I'm not always great about scheduling in advance.
