This is the best service department I have ever dealt with. They quote a price and stick to it, let you know immediately if they find a problem, and don't charge for unnecessary work. I went to Bill Page Honda for a couple repairs that needed to be done to my car. I got an oil change, fixed my break light, changed one of my tires, and had my car detailed. My service adviser was Danny, and he was a great resource; He was an expert in his field, he was very professional, and he gave me great advice about how to maintain the integrity of my car, since it is very old. Furthermore, I was not aware that my car had a recall that month; Danny was the one to tell me and immediately fixed it. While I was waiting for my car to be repaired, I spoke to Ruben, one of the salesmen, about my interest in purchasing a new car by the start of summer. Ruben was very helpful, he allowed me to test drive a new Honda Civic (2011), which I am very interested in, he wasn’t the slightest bit pushy even though I was not buying the car at the moment, and he made me feel very comfortable and answered questions I had before I could even think of asking them. Overall, I received immediate care upon my arrival at the dealership, quicker than I had anticipated, and the costs for all my services were extremely reasonable. I know I will be returning to Bill Page for any car troubles, questions,or concerns I have, and would therefore highly recommend this dealership, not only to my family, but my friends as well. More
