I purchased my Honda from this dealership in 2007. I have had the van serviced here since the purchase. I cannot say enough good things about the people that I deal with in this location. I know and have worked with several of the service people by now, but the typical protocol is for me to be contacted by the same representative...and mine is Joanne. First off, her last name is Honesty...how can you go wrong there?! But I am always impressed by the way she takes care of every concern that I have...little noises get checked for me, the regular services are explained and I count on her to give me the accurate and up front assessment of the vehicle's needs. She has a good understanding of the workings of the engine and the way things ought to be done. I can call with questions and I am always greeted in a way that makes me feel valued as a customer. Beyond that, I always get a follow up email from the service manager asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. In the 8 years that I have been going to this dealership, I have never found anything to complain about. And, they never keep me waiting too long. I so appreciate the service that I receive, that I drive for 30 minutes to reach this dealership, even though there are closer ones to my home. This was my first experience at this dealership since their remodeling, so I was a little confused. I went inside and was immediately and warmly greeted by Tyrone, who kindly directed me to Arturo. Despite the fact that I arrived an hour before service was to end for the day, Arturo managed to ensure that I would receive service. I really appreciated that because lately my schedule has been extremely busy and I don't know when I would have been able to get a chance to bring my vehicle to this service. Arturo recommended several additional services but he did not pressure me. I was expecting to be waiting a long time, but my car was serviced quickly. While waiting, I ran into Warfe Issue, the salesman from whom I purchased my vehicle. As usual, he was glad to see me and advised the service department to make sure to take care of me. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend Bill Page Honda's Service Department. More

I've never regretted that decision, and indeed, have made it a point to continue using Bill Page Honda for service appointments. The reasons are their skill, convenience, and friendliness. The service appointments done for my car always result in a well-performing vehicle. I am always left with the impression that the staff is highly competent and interested in doing good work. Secondly, the convenience factor is very high. This dealership is very flexible and responsive for service requests. They perform work expeditiously without sacrificing quality. The dealership also provides up-front pricing for the services they offer, and any additional work that is needed or recommended comes with a consultation before the work is done. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable. And finally, the friendliness factor can't be overlooked. Business is about building customer relationships, and a consistently exceptional component of this dealership is its staff. In particular, Joanne Honesty stands out as a member of the staff who exemplifies these values. Joanne has always been in a great mood and enthusiastic about her work. Working with her to setup an appointment is more like a conversation, and Joanne makes sure that all concerns are addressed from that first engagement. It was a pleasure to see Joanne at my last appointment, and I would encourage anyone to request to work with her. It is that combination of their skill, convenience, and friendliness that has retained me as a Bill Page Honda customer, and I certainly recommend them! More

I had a great experience at Bill Page Honda. I went in for an oil change and received first class service at a bargain price! All the service techs and sales staff were friendly and helpful. There are magazines, free coffee, vending machines, and televisions in the spacious waiting room to help pass the time (and a McDonalds right next door :). I walked the grounds looking at the new model Honda Accords and was never once hassled by a sales associate dangling key and pressuring me to take a test drive. Tyrone Brown, the customer representative, was especially helpful in coordinating my oil change service along with Joanne. I would definitely recommend Bill Page Honda. I will be going back for future services. More
