I know its a business but 200 dollar less won't hurt what a big company you have. My friend who was with me wanted to get a car as well but seeing how he wouldn't give us that price we wanted for the car almost talk me into not getting it. My parent got both their car here as well as my brother shows we're good customer. i think in order to build a better customer relationship negotiation should be more open. But thanks to Alfonso I was able to get the car i wanted. Thanks More

Aug 30 CRV Purchase Repeatedly promised a 1.9% loan rate - given 5% *after* sales papers were signed, despite having great credit. Sounds like "bait and switch". After weeks of dealing with the salesperson, I was told that the car was ready, and to come sign papers and pick it up. After signing papers, the delivery was suddenly delayed by a week, despite promise of "come pick up now". Very disappointing - they only promised it "same day" in order to get the sale counted toward month-end, since I bought at the end of August instead of September as I'd originally planned. Car was delivered unwashed, but at least the gas tank was full. When car was picked up, a salesperson came over to explain the features. He didn't know the car, and gave wrong information. When this was pointed out, he said that "oh, I only know last year's model". More

The missing 1 star is for the hassle it took to get there. In all honesty, buying a car will never be a walk through a park unless you just open your wallet and let them have at it. And I knew this going in. Just do your research online before going in and never settle for the first, or even second number they throw at you. They can always go lower, it just depends on how much you’re willing to press it. I have a feeling my deal was good because the car was in their stock and they probably want to clear space for new models arriving. In my experience, specifically, I felt there were some phony gimmicks. “We weren’t aware that so and so quoted you this, I’m not sure why he gave you that inaccurate information.” Then after arguing about their miscommunication, “Oh my god what happened to your credit! There’s no way we can do this price!” We had also agreed on a complimentary maintenance package, but later at signing discovered it had been removed (without me knowing) in order to get the price down to what I wanted. They will always try any way to deceive you, but they’re just doing their “job” to make a profit, and at the end, it’s no hard feelings. Everyone I worked with was polite and professional. More

When I could not locate my checkbook he had one of the staff drive me home to find it. My checkbook went missing Sept 19 and he located it in the dealership yesterday and called me at once. Staff was helpful at all times. For additional charge Judith had staff drive to Richmond to obtain the crimson Insight that I purchased She did this in a short time turn around so that we could complete my purchase quickly and move on More
