I went in with hesistation to purchase a car. I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with the process that day so I decided I would just look around. Franklin took the time to listen to my needs and found exactly what I needed for the price I could afford. I was then put in touch with Fernando to see what they could offer for my trade. He worked with me to get me the best deal possible without a lot of hassle. The experience was amazing. Just working with these two change my perspective about dealing with car salesman. We were able to come to agreement on the deal for the car I decided to purchase. I was then sent back to the Finance Dept where the excellent customer service continued. Based on what I experienced in filling out the paperwork, I imagined Franklin/Fernando communicated to William my desire to get through this process as timely as possible. William had everything laid out and ready to go. It was evident that he knew his job and the details of the paperwork. He got me through the process of filling out the paperwork in record time but allowed just enough time to explain the details. What a pleasure dealing with Bill Page Honda. Anyway, to make a long story short, make sure you "shop" for the right envirnment in which to spend your money. If the place you walk into looks like a "zoo", and you are pushed aside if you are only "looking", then go to Bill Page Honda and ask for Reeva. More
