Upon entering the Bill Page Honda dealership in Falls Church, I was greeted by the service employees immediately. My experience with the service department at Bill Page Honda has been great. I feel very comfortable with the quality of work done on my car and appreciate the responsiveness of employees to any questions Honda has been great. The employees I have worked with are very friendly and always do what they can to get me in and out quickly. If there is a longer than expected wait I am notified of reasons for any delays. The wait time is also made less painful through drinks/snacks and wireless internet in the waiting area. I couldn't ask for much more out of a service department. More
