My customer service experience was good, Tommy called and explained what needed to be done, and he called again to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. This dealership does bad work and does not back up warrantees. I bought a new 2003 Odyssey there. Since then, the tranny went bad before 100K, the radio has been replaced three times, and the paint warrantees. I bought a new 2003 Odyssey there. It started pealing off within 12 months and the refused to repair it. Why by a Honda from this company or this dealership? More
I always receive the best service from Bill Page Honda and specifically Pete Herman. Pete is always helpful and honest when it comes to advising my on what needs to be done to my CRV. I ran into my salesperson, Marcello, at McDonalds, and it was like running into an old friend. At the dealership, he took his time, was very friendly and funny, and explained everything to me and answered a was like running into an old friend. Our test drive was extremely helpful, as first he drove, and explained everything to me so that I could look around and observe, before letting me take the wheel on my own (the last car I got was a 1986 - a LOT has changed! I was completely lost with all the new technology). He also helped me with other questions on later visits. Feeri was a joy - very friendly and helpful, always smiling and laughing and willing to assist with any questions or problems - even helping me get my new custom-made sun guard out of the packaging and into my window. Bill Page, Jr. was in on my deal, and later took the time to meet with me personally to go over some remaining questions I had. He was very down to earth, polite, friendly, and helpful in every way. I don't know if it's because it's a family run business, but everyone there makes you feel like family. The only reason I checked #3 for the price is not because of the car - it is fully loaded; but because I ended up spending way more than I had intended when I walked in. I had been to other dealers and driven more inexpensive cars but had not been especially happy with any of them. I'm sure this car will last me for a lifetime (remember, my last car was a 1986!) and make it well worth the money I spent in the long run. More

We found Marcello Via to be the most helpful, personable and accommodating sales rep in the building. Not only did he facilitate an easy sale, he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Billy and Brian for making the pricing experience painless and the paperwork was easily facilitated by William and another member of their financing team. Have you ever been quoted a price online and then, when arriving at the dealer, basically being told that the price given is no longer valid even after an email with the below information states that it sh arriving at the dealer, basically being told that the price given is no longer valid even after an email with the below information states that it should be? That was my experience at Bill Page Honda. The proof is in the crux of the email sent to me on 5/27/2010 below. The first bad sign I received that told me I shouldn't go there was when Carlos, the person who sent the email and manager of Bill Page Honda, told me that he could only give me the car for 17.7k. I told him that other dealers were offering a better price and I'll pass on Bill Page. He then decides to get defensive and rant about how those dealers are just trying to get me there and they are lying about their price. He states that he has been selling cars for some time now and he knows the games. Then he says that he is not naive when it comes to selling cars and has been around the block a few times. I promptly told him that I didn't say he was naive or accuse him of anything and asked if he was willing to meet or beat the price of 17.1k. He said no, and I said thank you, have a good day and hung up the phone. A few minutes later, he sends the below information stating that he would give me the price below. When we get there on 5/30, I notice that as my wife and I get waited on, we receive conflicting prices from the salesman with the email (bad sign) and don't get a complete answer of whether the price below is valid. We should have left then, but since this was my first car purchase, we thought they couldn't be this dishonest after we came in. We took a test drive and then instead of Carlos, who sent the email, coming out and explaining why he wouldn't give us the quoted price, he had Rebecca Goff come out and politely say that they wouldn't offer us this price and she relayed that Carlos didn't even know how we received this price at all. After all the stuff he said on the phone about other dealers, he turned around and did the same thing. The funny thing about this is I bought a Honda for $200 less than their quoted price and with the best customer service in the world at Pohanka Honda of Fredricksburg, Va. I have a long commute each day and went to Bill Page Honda to look at the Insight - I was not going to purchase, just to look. Evan and Marcello were both friendly, nice, warm, helpful and every other wonderful adjective. It was like being with friends. As a single woman I was concerned that I would be taken advantage of, but I actually feel that I ended up with the better deal. You can't say that about many car dealerships! I was also impessed that the owener of the dealership, Bill Page, Jr. was actally there and was also very helpful. The dealership worked with me to lower my payments to where I was comfortable - I named the payment and they made the figures work for me. They answered all of my questions and even brought up ones I hadn't thought of. I had prevsiously purchased a car from Bill Page in 1998 and had been very impressed with the Service Department and its staff, so knowing I would continue to receive the best possible service, even after buying the car was a big comfort. As I told them as I drove away, it was like coming home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill Page Honda to any of my friends or family. More
