Super customer service! I felt stupid, but they showed me the solution with great patience and professionalism, didn't charge me anything, and washed the car before I left. I will definitely return for all my Honda service needs! More

Dishonest and bad customer service. Tried to bill us for services not needed. Claims will take care of you but not truthful and upfront with customer. Told will take about 1 hour and ended up waiting for 3.5 hours and still did not complete the service we were there for. If you dont believe, try it for yourself. Not recommended though. Dishonest I bought a new Civic SI 2 months ago. I am happy with the car (thus 2 stars rather than 1), but am not happy with the process and was lied to about th I bought a new Civic SI 2 months ago. I am happy with the car (thus 2 stars rather than 1), but am not happy with the process and was lied to about the price. I came in one day, negotiated the price, and respectfully left when we didn't arrive at an agreeable number. Shortly thereafter, the salesman contacted me that they were willing to meet me at my number. I agreed. I drove a distance to get there, started filling out paperwork, and they even had me sit in the driver seat of the car, before the GM came out and told me that the salesman made a "mistake" and the lowest they could sell it for was $500 more. He admitted that it was their mistake (as I had the text that was indisputable), yet didn't remedy it nor was overly apologetic. I feel like I was lied to make a sale, similar to what one would imagine at a shiesty used car dealership. Bad way to conduct business. More

We discussed which vehicle I wanted, then we test drove. I liked the vehicle so we discussed price point and they dropped the price slightly because their online site showed a lower value that hadn't been updated to their system yet. The overall process was quick and simple. Their finance team were able to get a better interest rate then my local credit union so I finance through the dealership. I am very satisfied with the simplicity of making the purchase and with my car. I recommend this dealership and I recommend David Ighrayeb. More

The salesperson (David) did a great job, as did the finance specialist (Peter). I was in and out within a few hours and am very happy with how the transaction went. I also feel that future service at Bill Page will be far greater than what I've experienced elsewhere for the last 2 years. More
