Painless Purchase of 2017 Honda Accord After months of research and waiting in hopes of keeping my 2001 Camry, I did not end up with the best car decision. This was entirely my fault. I walked in with my list of requirements, dealer items I did not want, and a pre-approved loan. Gerardo Alfonso Yahakawa listened and immediately showed me a Honda Accord that fit my requirements. Admittedly, he tried to get me to test or look at more offerings, but I refused. He left me to myself. I was not excited about color options but did not want upgrades so made a decision. It surprised me the 2017 was not new but Certified Pre-Owned. We discussed price, I asked for a change and a Manager was called. We negotiated less than 2 mins. Paperwork was slower but used the Honda special vs. my own financing. I did miss a warranty service charge I recalled differently than on contract so was not happy w/financing dept. We had a polite discussion and I stayed w/ item but not pleased. Since Dec 11, have learned more about basic Accord. Realize I should have tried other options Mr. Yamakawa tried to get me to test. My manual seat is not as comfy as I expected. An upgrade would have come w/ better seats and some other items I don't need, but would have given me a nicer car. Mr. Yamakawa showed me the operating basics and made sure unwanted wheel locks were not installed. I am happy with my price, felt no pressure, enjoyed my interaction with salesman, and had a nice day until I went to financing for final papers. Tired by then and can only blame myself for missed charge and then keeping what I never wanted. This was the best car purchase of my life. Bill Page is close to home and I hope future service does not disappoint. Show everyone my Bill Page Honda key ring. So I missed a warranty charge but love the darn key ring. Go figure! Not even offended by ad on license plates. All paperwork in a neat folder, with window sticker and registration in glove compartment. Salesman allowed me to leave my old car on lot for 24 hrs, after offering to ride me home (10 mins). I returned next morning to get Toy Camry for donation to charity. Painless and simple. More

Another dealership refused to honor the price they offered and suggested that the price was just a bait-and-switch. But Bill Page Honda never quibbled — the car cost exactly what they agreed to. They were careful to explain everything and made sure I knew the basics on how to safely use all the new features. More

We decide to buy a 2018 Honda Touring and Eduardo spent considerable time helping two "technically challenged" adults understand the technology in the 2018 Honda Touring. We have been enjoying our 2018 Honda Touring for a couple of weeks now and we are very pleased with our purchase and the attention and assistance we received from Eduardo. More

He was professional, patient, answered all my questions, didn't pressure me. I was looking at several options in the area for a new car, and in the end I went with Honda and specifically Oualid. I'll buy a car from him as long as he'll sell me one. The other people I dealt with in reception, finance, and on the phone were all very pleasant and helpful. I feel very comfortable with the purchase and the experience as a whole. That really says it all. More
Worst car buying experience ever If I could give 0 stars I would...I came in on a used vehicle and everything was great to start. Fast forward to signing papers, the finance manager d If I could give 0 stars I would...I came in on a used vehicle and everything was great to start. Fast forward to signing papers, the finance manager did not explain anything, and was literally pulling papers off the printer as I signed, didn’t have anything prepared...so I finish all my papers and get home and am re-reading through all of my papers and notice a $3500 “fidelity” fee added on to my final purchase of the car. Come to find out this is for an aftermarket warranty that I was never informed of, nor did I receive any paperwork on (had I theoretically wanted this BS warranty). When I called the finance manager and asked him why that was on my paperwork, he stated “the bank you’re financing through requires it so that if anything happens, you’re still able to make your car payment” My significant other is in the car industry so I had her talk to the finance manager at her dealership, and surprise surprise that is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. I call the bank I financed through just to double check that they in fact don’t require that warranty (which they don’t) and when I call and talk to the general sales manager his reply was “if you don’t want the warranty you don’t have to have it” really? I just told you your dealership is doing procedures that are illegal and that is your reply? In the end they refunded the warranty, but not once did I receive an apology for the horrendous ILLEGAL acts from Bill Page Honda. Would never recommend. More
