WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Every single time I've gone here I've had an awful experience, but I keep going back thinking it will be better, but it just gets worst! The Customer Service Rep was just rude to me and very impolite. I used to work for customer service so this irks me. Not only was she rude to me but while I was waiting for my car, I heard her and another Rep dealing with a different customer and they were very rude to her as well. It just surprises me because my dad goes there too and has never had any problems. Will not be going back here EVER. More

From the time when I visited to see the car for first time to the moment of closing the deal in finance department always been help for a really AWESO From the time when I visited to see the car for first time to the moment of closing the deal in finance department always been help for a really AWESOME group of people. Mehdi (used sales representative) help me from the beginning of my purchase to a visit of service after for battery replacement and others for my car. Mr Harry is a great manager and always want that his sales people keep the customers very happy. Mrs Nancy in financing made her best to get me an excellent deal on my apr for my loan. She explained me all the paperwork with plenty time and detail always with a smile. I have to come back to have some batteries replaced on remote controls and Rodolfo from service were really nice to me getting me everything fix and ordering the other parts that I need. More

Bill Page Honda service I’m from another town abiyt 45 mins away but decided to stop by the dealer for state inspection. It was Friday afternoon and the rep was able to assis I’m from another town abiyt 45 mins away but decided to stop by the dealer for state inspection. It was Friday afternoon and the rep was able to assist me right away. Since it was my first time at this particular dealer she didn’t charge me for the inspection and I even got complimentary car wash. The lounging area was spacious and the waiting time was about an hour. Very friendly staff. I will definitely use this dealer for other car services. Highly recommended. More
