A great upgrade experience Ready to upgrade my 2008 Odyssey to a newer used one, I stopped by Bill Page Honda. I was greeted by my soon to be sales rep Adeel. I was asked a fe Ready to upgrade my 2008 Odyssey to a newer used one, I stopped by Bill Page Honda. I was greeted by my soon to be sales rep Adeel. I was asked a few questions and the search for available vehicles was done. After additional feature requirements the search was narrowed down to a couple of option and ultimately to one that fit the needs. Took the 2015 Odyssey for a test drive and afterwards decides to purchase it. Adeel was great throughout. Also had a great exchange with the manager, Larry, and Luis, the finance guy. Overall an excellent experience. I new home for my Honda purchases. More

Terrible customer service; terrible experience! This is the second time in a row that I have had a terrible experience at this service center. I called two days in advance and made an appointment fo This is the second time in a row that I have had a terrible experience at this service center. I called two days in advance and made an appointment for an oil change and a recall. My appointment was for 9:00am on a Saturday morning. When I dropped off the van at 8:45, my assigned service representative (Kenneth) was unable to be located. He was paged but never responded, so another representative checked me in. She asked if I was going to wait for the van and I said no, but that I would like to pick up the van as soon as possible. She said "it's not very busy today; it should be finished by noon." At 12:40 I called for a status update. Again, Kenneth could not be located, so I left him a voicemail asking for a return phone call. An hour later, at 1:40, I still had not heard from Kenneth. At this point my van had been at the service center for FIVE HOURS for an oil change and a recall. What is the point of making an appointment if it's going to take over 5 hours? My husband went to the service center to try to figure out what was happening with the van. He was told that if I had said I was going to wait for the van, it would have taken much less time. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one mentioned this to me and how is this fair? Kenneth had no idea what was happening and told my husband the van was ready. When I arrived to pick up the van, no one could find the key because it was in Kenneth's pocket. He was extremely rude to me, never apologized for anything, had an extremely unprofessional attitude, never returned my call, and was rude to my husband. We were originally planning to lease or purchase another vehicle from Bill Page at the end of our lease term, but after two terrible experiences with the service department, we do not want to be affiliated with this dealership for any reason. More
Overall pretty good but it was a very busy morning. The only thing they forgot was the car wash I asked for. Also could not replicate the problem with the RPM dial fluttering when the car is stopped...b The only thing they forgot was the car wash I asked for.
