Two things that impressed me up front were he new his inventory (and this is a big lot) and he was knowledgeable about the cars. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with all the other dealers we visited.. He listened to what car model and features my wife and I were interested in and only showed us those models; there were five on the lot. This was our last dealer stop for the day. Every other dealer's sales person had us review every single car on their lot that was remotely in our price range with complete disregard for our interest or time. With John, we were able to quickly zero in the one we liked best. It was in better condition, had more features and lower miles than any other we saw in our 4 weeks of searching. The interesting part was they were asking $1,500 to $2K less than all the others we found. John explained instead of pricing the vehicles high and haggling, they add a smaller, fair margin, then publish the cars price on the internet. Great time and pressure saver. They reviewed multiple finance companies terms and rates to get us the monthly payment we wanted. John himself was an extremely genuine and caring individual, not to mention a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Bill Luke Fiat and John. Our overall experience was great and we love the car we purchased. More

Upon our arrival, she turned us over to Paul Minter. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed us all the 2014 4WD Tahoe's & Suburban's. After we settled on one, he let us take it for a short drive. After we decided on our Suburban, he was very efficient and helpful on getting our trade-in defined and valued. He then insured that the vehicle was properly prepped & detailed. Robert Traslavina was also very friendly and helpful in working through the finance process. Through our whole experience, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Our overall experience was excellent. When I first arrived I met Bud Thomas who was very professional and easy to work with. As I thought I had my mind made up we bounced around the lot, test driving several vehicles. I brought my husband back the next day to check out an Explorer that I really liked. We ended up looking at and buying a like new, 2014 Ford Explorer Limited with only 16K miles. As most would do, I had my guard up from day one to get ‘the deal’ everyone is in search for when car shopping. From the moment I arrived at Bill Luke Fiat and met Jeff Jerde, I could tell it was going to be a different process than what I have experienced in the past. Normally, Car salesmen have a reputation of not always being very honest. Jeff and the entire staff you could tell were a different breed, they were all very nice and you could tell they were genuinely interested in my search and not just looking for the next sale. Now back to Jeff, he was phenomenal with the entire process which entailed answering about 50 text messages from me including on his days off. I really appreciate the entire staff working with me; I would definitely recommend and go back in the future to Bill Luke Fiat. More

Tahoe Purchase After getting run around by three other dealerships in the valley, I found a 2013 Chevy Tahoe for sale at Bill Luke. I was greeting (as usual) when I After getting run around by three other dealerships in the valley, I found a 2013 Chevy Tahoe for sale at Bill Luke. I was greeting (as usual) when I stepped out of my car, but by a very friendly gentleman Bruce Mortensen who nonchalantly asked what I was looking for. He took me to the truck, opened up before I could get to it, gave me a test drive. I was interested in the tahoe, so I walked in and was getting numbers when Bruce introduced me to Bud Thomas. Best hand off ever. Bud was intelligent, had insights into the process, explained everything in detail and was straight up. I was in and out in 45 minutes (and half of that was because of my terrible trade in that they were nice enough to give me more than any of the other three dealers). I bought the tahoe that day, partially because it was no nonsense, and a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and especially Bud. More
