The deal was quick and easy, I spent a minimal amount of time there compared to other dealerships that have taken hours before. It was very refreshing to work with my sales agent Erik, who was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle my wife and I purchased. He was very transparent, keeping us informes throughout the buying process, was very friendly, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future. As far as the finance dept, that was a different story - not very transparent and worked to mask the cost of an extended warranty and upgraded alarm in our finance package. I did not feel very respected and appreciated during the finance discussions. My overall impression of the dealership dropped my dealer rating from a 5 to a 4 because of this aspect of our transaction. In conclusion, dealership highly recommended, just ask more questions and pay more attention when closing the deal More

Erik is extremely knowledgable and worked hard to prove to me that I was getting a fair value on the car that I was interested in. Erik is a military veteran of high integrity and listened to my needs and insured that they were satisfied. He coached me through the entire experience, realized I was a buyer with little time and compressed the entire transaction time. No pressure, no hassle....he helped me make a sound decision and even advised me away from buying a different, more expensive vehicle because he knew I was risk averse to buying a new model year.
