Erik Strecker is awesome! My husband and I had been back and forth at Bill Luke looking at trading in our car for a few months. My husband and I went in with our Chevy Aveo (that we had purchased at Bill Luke Fiat 3 years earlier) in hopes of trading it for a more spacious vehicle due to our growing family. Erik took us around the lot giving us information on all the different vehicles. Then we sat down and played the number game. Due to the amount of negative equity remaining on the Aveo and our poor credit I wasn't optimistic. Erik worked very hard with his boss and the bank and got us into a 2016 Fiat 500x! Due to the circumstances we did have to put a hefty down payment but it wasn't more than we told them we could afford. We needed to get home quickly after all was approved so Erik got us into the financial office immediately so we could sign our papers, he had the Fiat cleaned up and gas filled so that we could get home to our daughter asap. Best Car Buying Experience EVER We just bought our 500x Fiat from Bill Luke and my husband and I were blown away. We went to another Fiat dealership on the west side of town and weren't feeling too good after seeing their prices and not to mention the level of service. When we saw that Bill Luke had better reviews and pricing we decided to be patient and go the following weekend. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. The level of service provided to us from start to finish was hands down the best car buying experience. We first got in touch with Kara Buskirk, Internet manager. Spoke to her and emailed quite a bit prior to us coming in. She was extremely helpful and put our minds at ease as we discussed our concerns. When we finally arrived our sales rep, Daniel "Danny" Uyematsu was so friendly and attentive. Every step of the way he went out his way to help us make decisions and keep us at ease. Didn't feel pressured at all and actually felt like he has our best interest. He and his sales manager Nick did their best to work with our numbers we had. They gave us an awesome deal we couldn't refuse. However, it didn't stop there. Once we agreed on a deal we got to financing and was assisted by Joshua Rankin. I couldn't believe how informative and friendly he was. Normally people in the finance department want you in and out. He took the time to get to know us, and was even able to save us a little more money than what we were initially told. How great is that!? To top it off he gave us some valuable information to get money back on our car we traded in.. We had purchased a 100K warranty on that car and only had about 70k on it, so essentially he helped us get money back since we didn't utilize all the miles on that car - saving us even more money. Anyhow overall the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone we encountered had our best interest and it was hassle free. More

Instead I found a great deal on a 2015 F-150 XLT super cab. The truck came as advertised and with a no-haggle price that stream-lined the whole process, As a bonus, our salesperson, Shawn Hucko was knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were interested in and had a low-pressure style that was truly appreciated and refreshing. Shawn had the paperwork in order, assured that my insurance was in place, had the truck "detailed" and even programmed my cell-phone to the SYNC system (special thanks for that Shawn).
