Our finance guy, Jay, was super nice and not pushy at all. Just made everything super easy. I had a very pleasant experience, did not have to spend an entire day haggling and was in and out in a few hours with a car I love! Everyone there was courteous and if you want to have a stress free experience, please go to Bill Luke Fiat and ask for Shawn! They have plenty of used cars (I believe 300+ cars on the lot) so even if you're not looking for a Fiat I am sure you will still drive away smiling in a car you love. I would also like to add to future car buyers, I knew I was going to buy a car, I was pre-approved, knew the amount I was approved for and what my interest rate was going to be. Help yourself by being prepared and it will take a lot of the headache away from the process. That being said, I have only had this car for two weeks, so hopefully a few months down the road I won't be posting about it not running, etc. But as for my car buying experience it was great. More

April 2016 Bill Luke Fiat So I was in the market for a new vehicle; preferably used in a certain class. I let technology work for me this time and spent quite a bit of time res So I was in the market for a new vehicle; preferably used in a certain class. I let technology work for me this time and spent quite a bit of time researching "deals" online and getting a feel for the market in my area so if I was presented with a 'deal' I had the information to make an informed decision. I specifically did not choose any vehicles for sale at "Friendly Fred's Garden O'Gears and the like. Nothing against smaller non-dealership businesses, I had a trade in that was not upside down (for once) and my wife and I preferred the comfort level of dealing with a traditional dealer. I was not disappointed! Bill Luke is one of the oldest dealers in the Valley. The vehicle I went to look at wasn't quite what I wanted but the "plan B" truck, even though it was more truck than we needed was still in high end of our range. I didn't even make it off the lot during the test drive before I was sold! Erik Strecker, a fellow 1st Armored Div vet was top notch; no hard sell, just the facts. He let the truck sell itself and then presented us with the straight deal. I'm still surprised I didn't dicker at all, having recognized the presentation of a fair deal. For both of us! I am incredibly pleased with my latest experience! More

I contacted them thru their Internet Manager and we showed up to see the vehicle in person. We were originally pre-approved thru BofA for financing, but ended up using Bill Luke's financing so we worked with Jay Zomlefer. Both Jorge and Jay made this experience an A+++ for us.
